Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking a hands-on Aerospace Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Leader in Bloomington, MN to drive production performance. You will own the production department, balance people leadership with operational excellence, and strengthen safety, quality, and delivery through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a production department with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost control.
• Experience supervising hourly manufacturing staff in an industrial environment.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S/6S, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules, throughput, delivery, quality and cost targets.
• Monitor KPIs (productivity, scrap, rework, labor efficiency, costs) and drive measurable improvements.
• Manage departmental resources, inventory, supplies and labor within budget.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve workflow and equipment use.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve technical issues and ensure specs.
