Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Albany, OR, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Weekday Swing Shift to lead a production team focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost. You will coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate daily activities to meet schedules.

Formación

• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with pull production methodologies.
• Experience coaching, managing performance, and providing feedback.
• Ability to develop team members and encourage independent problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Ability to manage projects and balance competing production priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Four-year degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to production employees.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment that encourages teamwork, trust, and employee engagement.
• Coach employees, provide constructive feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support training and development.
• Assist with hiring, personnel assignments, wage adjustments, and employee performance management within your area of responsibility.
• Empower team members to identify problems, develop solutions, and take ownership of their work.
• Promote a zero-injury culture through employee involvement and continuous improvement.
• Support safety initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen safe work practices.
• Ensure production activities follow established procedures, quality standards, and customer specifications.
• Monitor right-first-time performance and lead problem-solving efforts to reduce errors and improve results.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet throughput, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
• Monitor performance against production plans and communicate priorities and results.
• Optimize staffing, equipment utilization, and production schedules to meet business needs.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges using sound judgment and technical experience.
• Lead improvement projects and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Support Lean manufacturing, pull production methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help develop and improve performance metrics to measure team and individual success.
