Job summary

Dayton-Granger, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations across coating, bonding, and finishing. You will optimize schedules, coach teams, and drive lean improvements to achieve safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of improving throughput in a regulated manufacturing setting. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits in South Florida.

Qualifications

4+ years in a manufacturing management role supervising direct reports.
Expertise in Paint and ability to oversee composite bonding, chemical coating, and finishing.
Proven leadership to meet production goals and drive process improvements.
Experience scheduling production and adjusting workflow to changing demands.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across Chemical Coating, Composite Bonding, and Finishing to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Assign work orders, prioritize tasks, and optimize workforce efficiency to meet production goals.
Monitor key performance metrics and resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Provide leadership, coaching, and training to leadspersons and operators while ensuring safety and standards.
Manage employee performance, hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
