• Serve as the technical subject matter expert in the painting department.
• Train individuals on various paint coatings.
• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures.

Ability to interpret Product Data Sheets

Ability to train and mentor junior painters

Skill in safely operating spray coating equipment

Mechanical aptitude

Education
