Job summary

Korry Electronics in Everett, WA is seeking a Production Operator – Assembler to build electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies for aerospace. The role works in a cleanroom, following drawings, standards and procedures, with opportunities to troubleshoot, inspect, and improve processes.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams and may perform soldering and basic testing. Preferred candidates have a HS diploma (technical degree a plus), up to 2 years in electronics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus.
• 0-2 years’ experience in electronics production and assembly.
• Knowledge of lighting and test equipment preferred.
• Cleanroom experience.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, schematics and blueprints in English.

Responsibilities

• Build assemblies per supervisor directions in conformance to drawings and quality standards.
• Adhere to lot traceability and inventory practices.
• Work from engineering or quality drawings and procedures to determine acceptance.
• Validate that build and inspection equipment is calibrated and fit-for-use.
• Perform self-audits of workstation for compliance with requirements.
• Take initiative to define and implement process improvements.
• May perform soldering, crimping, wire harnessing and basic testing.
• Perform inspections of complex assemblies per docs.
• Troubleshoot assembly tools and test equipment as needed.
