Job summary

Korry Electronics in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own end-to-end manufacturing processes, drive improvements, and ensure on-time, quality delivery for aerospace products. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with design on production capabilities, and lead initiatives spanning process definition, tooling, and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of electronics manufacturing experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own total manufacturing process ownership including defining processes and work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects with vendors.
• Ensure on-time delivery and develop robust corrective actions for yield issues.
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance (AS9100, RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810).
• Advise design on production capabilities to support new product development.
• Provide expert training and sustaining support on the production floor.
• Mentor team members and manage priorities for integrated product teams.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
