Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC in Newnan, GA seeks a Senior Supervisor for Aerospace Production Engineering. You will lead a small team of engineers, own project execution, and drive process improvements across product and manufacturing processes.

The role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, budgeting, and program management, with responsibilities spanning NPI, yield improvement, and compliance to quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering in Aerospace, Materials, Mechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years in Aerospace or industrial gas turbine manufacturing or repair.
• Detail knowledge of gas turbine component manufacturing or repair processes.
• Capable of developing and monitoring project budgets, schedules, resources and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI, yield improvement, and rework reduction projects.
• Set team priorities aligned with company goals and tech trends.
• Collaborate across Engineering teams and implement best practices.
• Engage with internal customers and program teams to align product/process needs.
• Monitor team performance using MOS tools.
• Partner with Repair and Manufacturing Cells to implement new products/processes.
• Manage resources and budgets, report project status and impact to leadership.
• Continuously improve processes and promote Operational Excellence.
• Uphold MOS standards and ensure IPM/QPM compliance.
