Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in production control, supply chain, inventory mgmt, or manufacturing ops.
• Familiarity with MRP concepts and ERP-based work orders.
• Ability to read BOMs and basic engineering docs.
• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage demand signals to ensure material availability vs production entry rates.
• Track WIP status and communicate risks and constraints in real time.
• Prepare and release work orders in ERP; reconcile after completion.
• Maintain floor stock, coordinate replenishment to prevent line stoppages.
• Expedite shortages and coordinate with procurement, receiving, and quality.
• Support shift leaders to identify bottlenecks and escalate issues.
• Record material transactions in ERP and maintain audit trails.
• Participate in cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in coordinating interdepartmental activity to keep jobs moving on schedule.
