Job summary

Tube Specialties, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Production Control Representative to manage work orders, schedules, and material traceability in a regulated aerospace environment.

You will coordinate across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve shortages and scheduling conflicts, ensuring on-time delivery. The role requires experience in AS9100 environments, ITAR familiarity, and strong Excel/Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in aerospace or defense manufacturing (AS9100 regulated environment strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience maintaining traceability records and supporting quality audits.
• Familiarity with ITAR requirements and how they affect material control and recordkeeping.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Visual Manufacturing a plus).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage work orders, production schedules, and shipment priorities in an AS9100-registered environment.
• Maintain full material and part traceability from receiving through shipment - certs, lot numbers, and records included.
• Track WIP, material availability, and production progress against customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve shortages and schedule conflicts.
• Expedite materials with suppliers while maintaining compliant documentation.
• Support ITAR compliance and internal/external audit readiness.
• Drive OTD performance and contribute to production reporting.
