Job summary

Tube Specialties, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor on-site to lead the inspection team and ensure every part meets aerospace-grade standards for tubing, assemblies, and machined components.

You will supervise Quality Inspectors, conduct First Article Inspections, and ensure adherence to AS9100 and GD&T practices while generating conformance documentation for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a QC team in aerospace or similar high-precision manufacturing.
• Familiar with AS9100 inspection requirements and GD&T principles.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule a team of Quality Inspectors across shifts.
• Oversee first article inspections (FAI) and AS9102 Forms 1, 2, and 3.
• Manage in-process and final inspections and functional testing.
• Generate NCRs and communicate findings to QA and management.
• Maintain calibration schedules for inspection equipment.
• Train inspectors on GD&T and measuring instruments.
