Job summary

You will use MRP/ERP systems to analyze capacity, develop labor standards, build sequencing plans, and present data to leadership. Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with shop floor planning including build plans and sequenced schedules.
• Proficient with MRP systems and managing tasks across workflows.
• Skilled at facilitating meetings and presenting data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize methods, equipment, facilities, and labor to meet production goals.
• Evaluate capacity, processes, and products and implement improvements.
• Develop labor standards and maintain performance and cost data.
• Develop shop schedules and capacity plans; manage layout planning.
• Present performance data to manufacturing leadership and align resources with cross-functional teams.
• Apply technical principles to support continuous improvement and innovation.
