Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize methods, equipment, facilities, and labor to meet production goals.
• Evaluate capacity, processes, and products; implement improvements for operational effectiveness.
• Assess impact of process changes on budgets; develop labor standards and maintain cost data.
• Develop shop schedules and capacity plans; manage layout planning and manufacturing processes.
• Present performance data to manufacturing leadership; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Apply technical principles independently within established guidelines for continuous improvement.
