Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Receives a daily production schedule from planning and coordinates materials to manufacture, modify or repair products.
• Coordinates inputs and resources (materials, personnel, equipment) to achieve on-time production within budget.
• Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in the production process.
• Manages controllable operating expenditure such as scrap and consumables.
• Guides teams to continuously improve processes and meet output and quality targets.
• Ensures timely return-to-work interviews and first-level disciplinary actions.
