• Manage controllable operating expenditure (e.g., scrap, consumables).
• Identify limits to production and guide teams to improve processes.
• Ensure timely, consistent first-level disciplinary actions and reviews.
• Contribute to forecasts and own daily/weekly output and quality targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve high production levels.
