Qualifications

• High school diploma with additional courses or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training and education as required by site operations.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead and problem solver, balance personnel, and move products through the area.
• Monitor performance and contribution of cell members.
• Perform manual assembly, operate automated equipment, solder by hand, inspect and repair.
• Lead production or prototype teams to meet group goals and quality targets.
• Compile data and generate cell performance reports.
• Maintain foundational and leadership skills and required certifications.
• Know board assembly, product flow, and soldering specifications.
