Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Associate for our Santa Ana, CA facility. You will manage inventory, support material flow, and assist with the production process to ensure timely availability of materials.

The role requires ownership, problem-solving in fast-paced settings, and flexibility to support across the floor. Responsibilities include stocking parts, pulling and packing orders, and coordinating with multiple teams to keep inventory accurate and available for production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Onsite in Irvine, Santa Ana, or Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Stock and availability: ensure parts are stocked and accessible on the production floor.
• Identify, pull, pack, crate, label, load, and secure product.
• Move materials between departments and to loading docks as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Label and track inventory locations; report shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Courier inventory between Anduril sites (Irvine, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa).
• Expedite material flow per production and shipping schedules.
• Handle inventory adjustments and RCCA for missing/incorrect materials.
• Oversee material movement to/from production floor and MRB.
• Communicate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams.
