Job summary

Astronics LSI in East Aurora, NY, is seeking a full-time production team member to assemble aerospace lighting and panels in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You’ll follow blueprints, operate tools, and perform quality checks as part of a collaborative team ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use basic computer systems to track production.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
