Job summary

Luminescent Systems in East Aurora, NY, is seeking reliable, hands-on production teammates to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You’ll help assemble aerospace lighting and panels, follow detailed work instructions and blueprints, and perform quality checks to meet strict standards.

We offer a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, no weekend shifts, a clean, modern facility, and full benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, profit sharing, and an employee stock purchase

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team.
• Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment to assemble aerospace lighting and panels.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Due to federal contract obligations, this position may involve access to items subject to U.S. export-control laws. Employment is contingent upon the employee’s authorization to access such items under applicable law. Hourly pay range:$19.00 - $25.00/hour with 10% shift differential, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.

Competitive rewards: Benefits start the first of the month after hire, quarterly bonus tied to company profitability, 401(k) with 3% company contribution, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid holidays (including a full Christmas week shutdown), and comprehensive health/vision/dental coverage.
