Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Fullerton, CA, seeks a Product Strategy Director to own the strategic direction and profitability of assigned aerospace product lines, partnering with engineering, operations, finance, and sales to align strategy with capacity and customer demand.

You will lead a team of product management professionals, develop pricing frameworks, analyze financial performance, and drive cross-functional initiatives across global platforms to grow revenue and long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, supply chain, and/or related discipline roles, preferably within aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of leading a team with direct reports.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategic direction and overall business performance of assigned aerospace product lines.
• Leads and develops a team of product management professionals.
• Develops and executes product strategies, including pricing frameworks and commercialization plans.
• Analyzes product line financial performance and recommends actions to improve profitability.
• Partners with engineering, operations, finance, and sales to align strategy with capabilities and customer requirements.
• Establishes pricing strategies and manages pricing governance.
• Leads cross-functional development and launch of new products.
• Maintains pricing analytics to support value-based pricing across product families.
