Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Product Engineer for an aerospace manufacturing organization in Oxford, Alabama. You will own the dimensional integrity, tooling strategy, and geometric compliance of highly engineered components supporting critical aviation applications.

This role blends product design, tooling development, GD&T, dimensional analysis, metrology, and manufacturing engineering to drive quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• 3+ years in dimensional control or tooling.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and blueprint interpretation.
• Experience with Siemens NX or similar CAD software.
• Familiarity with metrology and precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own dimensional and geometric integrity of a portfolio of components through the product lifecycle.
• Interpret customer drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Lead tooling design, sourcing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive tolerance stack-up analysis and support robust manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, tooling, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges.
