Responsibilities

• Review and approve pattern designs for dimensional control.
• Direct constituents for metallurgical property requirements.
• Identify and improve process yields using data analysis.
• Support Sales and Quality personnel with technical specifications.
• Audit production lots for adherence to techniques.
• Communicate effectively with management and manufacturing.
