Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management in the Engineering industry, with a proven track record.
• Experience managing direct reports with supply chain and operations; aerospace/defense industry experience preferred.
• Experience with FAR and D-FAR regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in production planning, warehouse management, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to maximize profitability without sacrificing product quality or delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and D-FAR regulations in all supply chain activities.
• Forecast demand to ensure the availability of products and resources, taking proactive measures to avoid supply shortages or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve the supply chain process.
• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to track supply chain performance, taking corrective action as needed.
• Establish strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts to secure advantageous terms.
• Train and mentor supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
