Job summary

Qualifications

Seven years of experience in supply chain management in engineering or a related field.
Experience in aerospace/defense supply chains is required.
Strong knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes including production planning, warehousing, inventory, shipping, and receiving.
Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies to improve profitability without compromising delivery.
Ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR regulations across supply chain activities.
Forecast demand to prevent shortages and excess inventory; manage supplier relationships and contract terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and KPIs; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
Coach and mentor supply chain staff to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
