Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. in Wichita, KS, seeks a Procurement professional to manage supplier relationships and lead sourcing from RFQ to contract. You will ensure timely delivery of quality materials to support Boeing and Spirit Commercial manufacturing.

The role requires 2+ years in procurement or related fields, strong Excel and data skills, and experience with SAP/ERP systems. Onsite, competitive pay, and full benefits are included.

Competenze

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, programs, parts, and supplier-related activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, and managing large datasets.

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality materials and services are delivered on time and support production requirements.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, and ongoing supplier management.
• Serve as an authorized representative of the company for procurement transactions, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, supplier performance, and material demand to support supply chain continuity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze supply chain data and planning requirements to optimize material availability and support business objectives.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and other teams to drive operational success.
