Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business or 2-3 years of procurement experience in the aerospace industry.
• Experience in aerospace brokering, distribution, MRO, or trading is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Quantum Control ERP is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with vendors and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Managing the purchase order process, including initiation, negotiation, and delivery
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and negotiating with vendors to achieve productivity targets
• Maintaining accurate records and reports in ERP to track progress and performance
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
