Job summary

NR Consulting is seeking an Aerospace Buyer / Procurement Specialist in Los Angeles with 2–4 years of experience to support purchasing and supplier management in an aerospace manufacturing setting.

You will source materials, obtain quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery from suppliers, while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and other teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Aerospace experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with supplier management, sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP/EDI systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments.
• CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and delivery.
