Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Manager Procurement to lead a high-performing team responsible for key supplier relationships across production, customer support, and completions. You will drive supplier performance, cost effectiveness, and on-time delivery while guiding strategy and negotiations.

In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will influence stakeholders, oversee Lean initiatives, and travel up to 25%, including international travel to Europe.

Qualifications

• 6 years of procurement, supply chain, or contracts experience with leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience managing complex supplier relationships and high-value procurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities supporting production, customer support, and completions.
• Manage supplier performance across avionics, cabin interiors, and power systems.
• Develop sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management strategies.
• Lead large-scale procurement projects from planning to completion.
• Review and participate in major contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with budgets and procurement policies.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
