Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Tulsa is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for the Processing department to inspect machined aerospace parts after painting or processing. You will use precision instruments and document findings per GD&T and work instructions.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years as a CMM operator, and preferred associate degree; ITAR/U.S. person status may apply; on-site in Tulsa.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as a CMM operator in machining; aerospace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine and use inspection methods and instruments for in-process and final inspections.
• May operate CMM and inspect complex fixtures.
• Interpret drawings with GD&T to identify inspection requirements.
• Generate inspection reports and initiate nonconformance records.
• Communicate with internal/external personnel to address non-conformities.
• Regular on-site attendance.
