Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) seeks a Quality Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts, assemblies, and coated components in our on-site Tulsa facility.

You will read blueprints, verify dimensions with micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs, and ensure products meet GD&T specifications. This role requires 3+ years in aircraft machining, a high school diploma, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of inspection methods and GD&T per ASME standards.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn ERP systems for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Observe and apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Support Quality Inspectors 3-4 as directed.
• Enter data in Syteline/ESI or other ERP systems as directed.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming product.
• Use inspection equipment and read blueprints to verify plans.
