Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Tulsa is seeking a Quality Control Inspector, Pre-Processing, to perform precision inspections on machined aerospace parts prior to masking and chemical processing, ensuring conformance to engineering requirements and work instructions.

The role requires use of micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years' experience as a CMM operator, with AS9100/FAA knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience as a CMM Operator in machining; aerospace preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA requirements; accuracy in reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Determine inspection methods and instruments for in-process and final inspection.
• Operate CMM and precision measuring devices to verify parts.
• Prepare inspection reports and document deviations from specifications.
• Support root-cause analysis and nonconforming part disposition.
• Communicate findings with engineering and manufacturing teams.
