Qualifications

• 2+ years of Manufacturing experience.
• Experience with shop floor planning including build plan and sequenced schedules.
• Proficient in using MRP systems and managing tasks across multiple workflows.
• Skilled in facilitating meetings and presenting data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize methods, equipment, facilities, and labor to meet production goals.
• Evaluate capacity, processes, and products; implement improvements to support operational effectiveness.
• Assess the impact of process changes on budgets; develop labor standards and capture data.
• Develop shop schedules and capacity plans; manage layout planning and manufacturing process implementation.
• Present performance data to leadership; collaborate with cross-functional teams and tooling to align resources.
• Apply technical principles independently within guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement.
