Qualifications

• Industry experience specifically in Turbine Engine Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO).
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes like welding, machining, thermal spray, and heat treatment.
• Excellent problem-solving with attention to GD&T.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and repair network partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and optimize repair processes for gas turbine engine components.
• Create high-precision 3D models and detailed repair drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
• Author technical repair instructions, process sheets, and tool designs compliant with standards.
• Provide engineering support and troubleshooting across the repair network.
• Identify opportunities to improve repair yields and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure all data and repair methods conform to FAA, EASA, and QMS requirements.
