Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing/machining environment.
• Experience reading/creating setup sheets and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine production methods and fixturing for parts
• Design fixtures, model drawings, and setup sheets
• Write CNC code using NX and confirm with Vericut
• Create shop documentation with proper dimensioning and tolerancing
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
