LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Process Coater II - A Shift in Torrance, CA. The role involves performing coating operations on aerospace components, reading blueprints, and operating spray equipment, ovens, and lubrication systems under supervision.

You will help ensure quality and safety compliance, assist in coaching newer operators, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Requires 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent or combination of education and experience.
• Working experience of processing manufacturing procedures.
• A minimum of 1-3 years industrial experience and/or training in related area desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform coating operations such as painting and lubrication per work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and routers to ensure specifications.
• Operate coating equipment including spray equipment, bake ovens, and lube tanks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report repairs to Lead or Supervisor.
• Handle chemicals safely in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure product quality meets company and industry standards.
• Train new coating operators as assigned.
