Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and plating specifications.
• Follow safety, quality and compliance requirements in a manufacturing setting.
• Operate plating equipment and monitor chemical processing per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plating & processing: abrasive cleaning, descale, anodize, passivation and related steps.
• Perform surface preparation using grit blasting, degreasing and related methods.
• Ensure equipment is safe to operate and report malfunctions promptly.
• Meet internal and customer plating specifications and resolve deviations.
