Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Project Engineer—Electronics to drive engineering projects from concept through deployment. You will lead design and development efforts for core products and ensure adherence to schedules, costs and performance standards.

In this role, you will coordinate project teams, interface with customers, and apply engineering judgment to mitigate risks. The position emphasizes leadership, documentation, and collaboration across functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering; 7-9 years of related aerospace experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering domain principles, concepts, product standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and project management skills with ability to lead complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects or phases of projects involving design and development of new or core products and processes.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate efforts of assigned project staff; manage scope, cost and schedule.
• Maintain frequent customer interface to present status and negotiate changes as needed.
• Control costs and monitor quotes and expenditures; oversee outsourced contractors if any.
• Prepare and review technical work such as system schematics, layouts, algorithms and test plans.
• Maintain engineering standards and documentation; preserve history files and project records.
