Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read sales order to determine the process and coating requirements for the designated part.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Measure, mark, and mask areas per customer specification.
• Set up, operate, or tend plating or coating machines (zinc, nickel, anodize) to coat surfaces.
• Immerse or spray objects in cleaning/prepare solutions for plating.
• Inspect coated areas for defects such as air bubbles or uneven coverage.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
