Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a high-caliber Technical Product Manager (TPM) who blends executive strategic advisory with hands-on technical execution. You will drive the health, performance, and strategic alignment of engineering toolchains to accelerate design-to-manufacture velocity while maintaining strict aerospace compliance.

You will define the long-term vision for engineering platforms, lead resolution of bottlenecks, and ensure alignment between software development and design

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product or platform leadership within engineering/toolchains.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense industries is required.
• Proven ability to bridge engineering, software, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms and align architectural health with business needs.
• Lead hands-on resolution of technical bottlenecks impacting productivity and timelines.
• Serve as the liaison between software teams and design engineering to translate constraints into business outcomes.
