Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a high-caliber Technical Product Manager (TPM) who blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution. You will own the health, performance, and strategic alignment of engineering toolchains to accelerate design-to-manufacture velocity while maintaining aerospace compliance.

You will define visions, lead bottleneck resolution, and report ROI of infrastructure improvements within an Agile framework in a high-compliance aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or similar leadership role
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense industry
• Bridge between engineering, software, and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with PLM and engineering tools
• Agile/Scrum delivery of solutions
• Cloud, data analytics, and software development tech stack
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and ITAR/EAR compliance
• Proven track record delivering complex technical initiatives

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms aligning architecture health with business needs
• Lead hands-on resolution of bottlenecks impacting productivity or timelines
• Serve as liaison between software development and design engineering teams
• Implement a value-driven operating model to track ROI of infrastructure improvements
• Operate within Agile/Scrum to deliver incremental value in a high-compliance aerospace environment
• Maintain architectural docs and specifications as single source of truth
• Ensure data privacy and ITAR/EAR compliance in all practices
