Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Springdale, AR, is seeking a hands-on operator for rough-to-finished parts processing. The role involves reading blueprints and specs, preparing parts for plasma coating, and operating grit blasting and plasma equipment to meet exacting coating standards.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine requirements.
• Prepare parts for plasma coating.
• Set up and operate grit blaster and plasma equipment.
• Plasma coat parts to specifications outlined in work instructions.
• Inspect parts to verify conformance with specifications.
