Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Springdale, AR, is seeking a hands-on operator for rough-to-finished parts processing. The role involves reading blueprints and specs, preparing parts for plasma coating, and operating grit blasting and plasma equipment to meet exacting coating standards.

You'll inspect coated parts against specifications, complete required paperwork, and maintain a clean workspace. On-site training will be provided; prior aerospace exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
