Job summary

TurbineAero in Chandler, AZ seeks a Coating Operator in Aerospace to operate automatic and manual coating furnace equipment across production processes, following established procedures. You will handle powder mixers, sifters, and associated tooling, load/unload runs, pack parts, and demask components.

The role requires reading mechanical drawings, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior aerospace experience is a plus; 36 hours are paid as 40.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with similar equipment and machining operations.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating furnaces and control panels per procedures.
• Pack parts into tooling and fill with coating powders.
• Load/unload and start/end coating runs in the furnace.
• Demask and unload parts from tooling.
• May assist other departments to maintain production flow.
