Job summary

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and inspection, analyze complex problems, and lead nonconformance investigations to define corrective actions. The role requires a STEM degree, 3+ years in aerospace quality, AS9100 experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing quality experience.
• AS9100 experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience reading machined product drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and inspection to ensure high-quality products.
• Analyze complex problems, derive effective solutions.
• Communicate issues and corrective actions to managers and customers.
• Determine MRB dispositions for nonconforming products.
• Use data analytics to investigate trends and reduce defects.
• Lead nonconformance investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in program and quality assurance reviews.
• Review customer drawings and specifications to understand requirements.
• Prepare quality documentation and conduct internal audits.
• Support development of process capability and control plans.
