Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day manufacturing at the Wickliffe and Eastlake plants, driving safety, quality, delivery and EBIT through cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in supervision and management of production operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ITAR and aerospace quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for plant operations (production, maintenance, logistics).
• Develop and execute plans supporting safety, quality, delivery and EBIT goals.
• Optimize resources and labor to meet cost-reduction targets.
• Ensure KPI targets for throughput, productivity and on-time delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, capacity planning and workflow for aerospace specs.
