Job summary

Amfuel, a DART Aerospace company, is seeking a Plant Director to lead our Magnolia, Arkansas manufacturing operation. This senior site leader will manage two facilities, about 300 employees, and own safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance.

You will partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR and Finance to drive Lean Six Sigma, automation, and growth initiatives while maintaining strong shop-floor credibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, manufacturing costs, productivity, and financial performance.
• Demonstrated success improving manufacturing performance.
• Experience leading through growth, transformation, integration, or organizational change.
• Experience working in or supporting a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Magnolia manufacturing facilities and 300 employees.
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, Finance, IT and others.
• Own site-level financial performance and P&L.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Develop leaders and manage workforce planning within a unionized setting.
• Establish priorities, rhythms and accountability.
