Ontic Chatsworth is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead the Master Production Schedule in a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. The role focuses on aligning demand, capacity, and material readiness with customer delivery commitments, while proactively managing risk across the supply chain.

The position requires advanced planning, ERP proficiency (Visual ERP preferred), and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and procurement to optimize throughput and ensure

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using Visual ERP.
• Analyze order feasibility based on capacity, material availability, engineering readiness, and quality status.
• Integrate sales orders into Visual to drive accurate scheduling and ensure alignment between demand and production.
• Perform finite capacity planning across work centers and value streams to support delivery commitments.
• Apply bottleneck management and Theory of Constraints to optimize throughput and flow.
• Balance production demand with inventory objectives to prevent shortages and excess.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to prevent material holds, disposition delays, or configuration errors.
