Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER ITD division in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Planning Supervisor to lead Production Planners and drive lean planning processes. The role interfaces with Customer Service, plant operations, and supply chain to improve on-time delivery and service levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervising/planning experience, with SAP and MS Office proficiency, and be within 50 miles of Camarillo. Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead production planners and balance demand with manufacturing capacity.
• Develop and manage Master Production Schedule for MRP to meet inventory targets.
• Monitor and improve planning metrics and OTD performance.
• Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and shipping to support lean processes.
• Coach and develop the planning team and standard work practices.
