Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in electronic assembly inspection or related training.
• Experience inspecting aerospace/electronic assemblies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of PCB assemblies per IPC A610.
• Verify component placement, solder joints, polarity, labeling, and workmanship quality.
• Inspect both through-hole and surface-mount assemblies at incoming, in-process, and final stages.
• Identify defects, document nonconformances, and communicate with production/engineering.
• Review work orders, drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions for compliance.
• Complete inspection records and logs per company procedures.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions with Quality/Production teams.
• Ensure ESD-safe handling and safety guidelines are followed.
