Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an F100 Critical Parts List Integration Analyst to support the Strategy & Integration Team. You will collect, analyze, and collaborate on key data, working with sustainment program management, material management, production, strategy, engine management, operations, SIOP, and finance to drive data accuracy and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10 years of aerospace, product/program management, general management, maintenance management, or operations management experience; or 7 years with an advanced degree.
2 years of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage and track recovery plans and critical operational activities with Component Integrated Product Team(s); coordinate with internal operations and integrate status into program dashboards for executive communication.
Develop, automate, and maintain program-level reports and dashboards for materials performance, health, and risks, including overdue and critical parts.
Analyze overdue to MRP and other data to support program leadership, supply chain, and materials teams; provide recommendations to prevent future problems.
Collaborate with Materials, Planning, and Operations to ensure data accuracy and timely updates to KPIs.
Continuously improve data processes, tools, and reporting methods to drive efficiency and actionable insights for the F100 program.
Support integration of new data sources and digital tools to enhance material analytics capabilities.
Support required financial goals and reporting.
