The Materials Analyst will track parts, manage kitting, use SAP and Microsoft Office daily, and coordinate with a 3PL, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts.
• Preferred: 1+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Preferred: prior material scheduling in aerospace MRO.
• 2 years’ experience in retail supply, material, or supply chain management.
• Prefer experience as day-to-day user of SAP, entering transactions and running reports.
• Experience participating in teams to achieve successful results.
• Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health and Safety regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the F117 HMC Operations department, ensuring all required parts are kitted and ready for assembly by the scheduled dates.
• Facilitate shipment of external repair parts, storage of serviceable parts, and review of scrap parts.
• Source parts from stock, swap parts from engines in work, and track external repair parts.
• Release completed engine build kits to the assembly cells, monitor late part requirements, and report part shortages to Operations.
• Provide direct support to the engine test cell for any in-process parts needs.
• Daily use of SAP to track serviceable parts, source replacement parts, issue purchase orders, and reconcile production orders.
• Daily use of Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and internal communications.
• Attend daily production meetings, update weekly and monthly statuses for materials, and discuss specific issues within HMC.
• Participate in continuous improvement events to enhance HMC and achieve CORE objectives.
• Coordinate with a 3PL to ensure parts movement and kitting follow the production schedule.
